Who We Are & What We Do
Lawrence CommunityWorks Inc. (LCW) is a community based organization that empowers residents to revitalize Lawrence neighborhoods. With more than 3000 members in our Community Network, we are rebuilding Lawrence by creating housing, building parks and community facilities, creating educational opportunities for youth and adults, investing in Lawrence families, and organizing for positive change in our city.
To be a member of Lawrence CommunityWorks, you must be at least 18 years old and live and /or work in Lawrence. Membership is free. As a member, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of programs, projects and campaigns to improve the City of Lawrence and life for your family.
