Sonia Terbullino

Sonia Terbullino first joined the LCW family during the first Yes We Will retreat. During this event Sonia was responsible for coming up with the Yes We Will slogan "New Community, New Politics, and New Commitment." Since then Sonia has continually shown her commitment to making this "New Community" a reality here in Lawrence by working tirelessly with the Yes We Will Campaign. Sonia is always thinking about how she can build the campaign and the LCW network by asking everyone that she passes on the street during the day to join us for a meeting, register to vote, or sign a pledge card. During the YWW press conference in June it was Sonia who gave a passionate explanation of the campaign that brought the mayoral candidates and everyone else in attendance to their feet to show their support for the campaign. Sonia has recently completed the Poder leadership institute and due to her love for people and this city will continue to be an invaluable asset to our community.
