Qualifications:

· Degree/ specialization in related field with 3 years of experience

· Experience working with youth

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

· Maintain respect for individual’s work

· Report monthly on curriculum covered and monthly progress

· Curriculum should be such to allow for different skill sets simultaneous, and should be should be project based

· Maintain attendance and evaluate students growth while providing activities concurrent with their skill level

· Prepare yearly outlook for class

· Create lesson plans providing copies of materials for class on a bi-weekly basis

· Prepare and support group activities with other department leaders

· Collaborate in larger program productions
